High Quality Containerized Domestic Wastewater Treatment Project

The integrated domestic sewage treatment device is mainly used to treat low concentration organic wastewater. In order to reduce the floor area, small equipment volume is required. In the design of the process flow, aerobic treatment is the main treatment unit, and efficient reactors with small volume are selected for reactor design

Containerized domestic wastewater treatment plant is mainly used to treat low concentration of organic wastewater, in order to reduce the land area, the equipment is required to be small in size, in the design of the process of aerobic treatment as the main treatment unit, the reactor design to choose a small volume of high-efficiency reactor. This program adopts the combination method of regulating tank - anaerobic trickling filter - oxidation ditch - sedimentation tank - phosphorus removal filter to achieve the treatment purpose process.

The Containerized sewage treatment device is unique in small and medium-sized domestic sewage treatment because of its cheap construction and operation costs, small footprint and easy operation and management. In recent years, it has been widely used in high-speed company service areas, living communities, hospitals, power plants and other public places, and the use of significant results, all of which meet the standard discharge.

1. Pre-treatment: The domestic wastewater enters the treatment system and undergoes pre-treatment processes such as screening and grit removal. Screening removes large solid objects, while grit removal eliminates smaller particles like sand and gravel.

2. Primary Treatment: The wastewater then flows into the primary treatment unit, where solid particles and suspended organic matter settle down as sludge. This process is known as sedimentation or primary clarification.

3. Biological Treatment: The partially treated wastewater is transferred to the biological treatment unit, where microorganisms, such as bacteria and protozoa, are introduced. These microorganisms break down and consume organic pollutants in the wastewater through processes like aerobic or anaerobic digestion.

4. Secondary Treatment: The wastewater is further treated in the secondary treatment unit, which consists of biological processes like activated sludge process, sequencing batch reactor (SBR), or moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR). These processes provide optimal conditions for the growth of microorganisms, ensuring effective removal of organic matter, nitrogen, and phosphorus from the wastewater.

5. Tertiary Treatment: In some cases, additional treatment processes may be employed to further polish the treated wastewater. These processes include filtration, disinfection (using chlorine, UV light, or ozone), and advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) to remove any remaining contaminants or pathogens.

6. Sludge Treatment: The sludge generated during the treatment process is separated and undergoes further treatment. This may include processes such as thickening, dewatering, and digestion to reduce its volume and stabilize it for disposal or reuse.

7. Effluent Discharge or Reuse: The treated wastewater, known as effluent, is then discharged into the environment or recycled for non-potable uses such as irrigation or industrial processes, depending on the quality standards and local regulations.

The core component of MBR integrated sewage treatment equipment is membrane bioreactor, which is a new wastewater treatment technology that organically combines membrane separation technology and biotechnology.

MBR membrane bioreactor integrated equipment is a water treatment technology that combines membrane separation technology and biotechnology. It uses membrane separation equipment to trap activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank, saving the secondary sedimentation tank. The membrane-bioreactor process greatly strengthens the function of the bioreactor through the separation technology of the membrane, so that the concentration of the activated sludge is greatly increased, and its hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT) can be controlled separately.
