Hydrolytic acidification is to transform the non-soluble organic matter in the wastewater into soluble organic matter, and transform the large-molecule organic matter that is difficult to biodegrade into small-molecule organic matter that is easy to biodegrade, so as to improve the biochemical properties of the wastewater for the subsequent aerobic treatment. The subsequent aerobic treatment effluent (nitrification solution) is returned to the hydrolysis acidification tank to realize biological denitrification and reduce the TN of the wastewater.
Contact oxidation process is a new aerobic biochemical treatment process of wastewater with the characteristics of both activated sludge method and biofilm method. It relies on the adsorption and coagulation, oxidation and decomposition, and conversion and synthesis of organic matter in wastewater by bacterial colloids attached to biological fillers, so as to effectively degrade CODCr and BOD5 of wastewater, and convert ammonia nitrogen in wastewater into nitrate nitrogen. The contact oxidation process has short treatment time, small volume, good purification effect, good and stable effluent quality, no sludge reflux and no expansion, microorganism fixed growth on biological filler, overcoming the disadvantage of easy loss of suspended activated sludge, and maintaining high biomass in the reactor. In addition, the contact oxidation process is characterized by high volumetric load, small footprint, high tolerance to shock load and water quality changes, stable operation, low sludge production, and simple operation and management.
The physical treatment adopts coagulation and sedimentation process to further remove suspended matter and organic matter from the effluent of contact oxidation tank and reduce CODCr, BOD5 and TP of the wastewater through coagulation and sedimentation.
The deep treatment includes sand filtration, carbon filtration, precision filtration and UV disinfection, and the indicators of the discharged water after deep treatment can meet the standard requirements proposed by the owner.
