Application scenario
Fishery farming wastewater treatment project
The fish farming industry generates a significant amount of wastewater that contains high concentrations of organic matter, suspended solids, and nutrients. This wastewater can have a detrimental impact on the environment if not treated properly. The wastewater treatment project is designed to treat fish farm wastewater by removing pollutants and contaminants, ensuring that the water is safe to discharge into the environment or reuse for other purposes. The system uses a combination of physical, chemical, and biological processes to remove solids, nutrients, and other contaminants from the wastewater.
Introducing our top-of-the-line fishery aquaculture wastewater treatment equipment. Designed with a
combination of biochemical and physical-chemical treatment processes, this equipment is specifically engineered to effectively treat organic matter and suspended particles found in fishery aquaculture wastewater.
Process Flow Diagram
The biochemical treatment adopts IC+MBBR+MBR treatment process, in which IC process is an efficient anaerobic treatment process with high volumetric load, low power consumption and relatively low investment, and most of the organic matter (CODCr, BOD5) in the wastewater is degraded and removed in IC. Coagulation air flotation is used as physical pretreatment to remove suspended matter, oil and grease and other organic matter in the wastewater. MBBR process and MBR process are used in the aerobic section, and the sludge expansion that may occur during operation can be avoided by using MBBR process.
Details Show
Mbr Membrane
Strong water purification capacity, small footprint, and low sludge production.
Sludge Dewatering machine
Separating sludge and water containing water
Grille Screen Machine
Used to intercept large suspended and floating substances in wastewater
