The treatment process involves a combination of physical pre-treatment, anaerobic biological treatment, and aerobic biological treatment.

The physical pre-treatment includes coagulation and flotation processes to remove suspended solids and colloidal substances. The coagulation process involves the addition of coagulants to aggregate the particles, while the flotation process utilizes microbubbles to separate the suspended solids.

The anaerobic biological treatment utilizes an IC (Internal Circulation) process, which is an efficient anaerobic treatment method. It employs anaerobic bacteria to degrade organic pollutants such as CODCr and BOD5 in the wastewater. The IC process offers advantages like high loading capacity, low energy consumption, and relatively lower investment.

The aerobic biological treatment consists of MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) and MBR (Membrane Bio-Reactor) processes. The MBBR process utilizes a moving bed biofilm to provide an attachment surface for biofilm growth, enabling the degradation of organic matter. The MBR process, on the other hand, uses membrane separation technology to ensure stable and reliable water quality by separating wastewater from the biological sludge.
