Introducing our Wool Washing Wastewater Treatment Project, designed to effectively remove a majority of organic matter (CODCr, BOD5) from wool washing wastewater. This innovative system ensures that wastewater discharge standards are met, promoting environmental sustainability and improving overall water quality.
Our Wool Washing Wastewater Treatment Project is the perfect solution for wool processing plants seeking to improve their environmental impact. With our advanced technology, you can achieve the highest level of wastewater treatment, reducing pollution and protecting our natural resources.
Our project is designed with the utmost professionalism, ensuring that all aspects of the treatment process are handled with care and precision. We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service and support, ensuring that their wastewater treatment needs are met with the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.
The wastewater of wool washing in this project is high concentration organic wastewater, and the treatment process adopted is the combination of physical pretreatment + anaerobic biochemical treatment + aerobic biochemical treatment.
This program adopts coagulation + air flotation process for physical pretreatment; IC + MBBR + MBR treatment process is adopted for biochemical treatment, where IC process is an efficient anaerobic treatment process with high volumetric load, low power consumption and relatively low investment, and most of the organic matter (CODCr, BOD5) in the wastewater is degraded and removed in UASB; MBBR process and MBR process are adopted for aerobic section. In the aerobic section, MBBR process and MBR process are used, and the sludge expansion that may occur during operation can be avoided by using MBBR process.
Details Show
Mbr Membrane
Strong water purification capacity, small footprint, and low sludge production.
Pressure filter
Separating sludge and water containing water
Grille Screen Machine
Used to intercept large suspended and floating substances in wastewater
